General Admission tickets are non-transferable. Cancellation requests received by August 30, 2025, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received between September 1, 2025, through October 1, 2025, will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee for all registration orders; the remaining balance will be refunded. Group General Admission ticket cancellation requests must be received by August 30, 2025, to receive a full refund. Group General Admission ticket buyer/organizer must keep the minimum number of tickets from the group ticket order to retain the group rate. If the number of general admission tickets at the group rate decreases below the minimum, the ticket buyer may be charged the difference between the group ticket rate and the individual ticket price at the time of cancellation.
You may purchase group tickets without initially assigning attendees by selecting the “fill out ticket info later” button. Once you register an attendee with a group ticket the name cannot be changed. If you need to change the name of an attendee submit a request to ONE Support. Only ONE ticket name change is allowed per ticket.
Group General Admission tickets are non-transferable after October 31, 2025. All ticket assignments and transfers are done via the group ticket owner's self-service portal in Bizzabo. Refer to the confirmation email from Bizzabo for a link to update group tickets. Group ticket assignments must be made by October 31, 2025,.

A VIP Ticket is an add-on experience ticket. A General Admission ticket is also required. If a General Admission ticket to ONE Summit International 2025 is not purchased we will cancel your VIP Ticket order.
VIP Experience add-on tickets are non-transferable and cancellation requests received by August 30, 2025, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received between September 1, 2025, through October 1, 2025, will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after October 1, 2025.
A Women's Luncheon is an add-on experience ticket. A General Admission ticket is also required. Women's Luncheon tickets are non-transferable. Cancellation requests received by August 30, 2025, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received between September 1, 2025, through October 1, 2025, will be assessed a $45 cancellation fee for all registration orders; the remaining balance will be refunded. There will be no refunds after October 1, 2025.
If the Event is canceled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Organizer has the sole and absolute right to:
i) reschedule the event, or
ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
iii) not issue any refunds.
Please note that the decision of the Organizer in such cases will be deemed final and binding
